Strength:

Power Clean EMOM

-Start at 50% 1RM add 10/5# per minute till Failure

 

WOD:

3 Rounds

15 Hang Power Clean 50% of EMOM 1RM

15 Bar Over Burpees

 

Weightlifting:

Snatch

70% x 1 x 4

 

Clean & Jerk

75% x 1 x 4

 

Clean Pulls

90% x 3 x 3

 

Clean Deadlifts

100% x 3 x 3

 

Back Squat

75% x 3 x 5

*after each set immediately perform 3 Box Jumps (step down)

 

Push Press

8RM, then 80% x ME
