Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on some upcoming changes to the schedule and programming:

As of this weekend (2017JUNE24-25) we are not going to be offering Coach Approved Open Gym for the Rest of the Summer.  It’s beautiful, it’s Colorado, get out and do things or you can come to our Human Strength Class at 10am on Sunday as long as you are 48 hours sober.  We have had zero people utilize this class in the last month so we will get rid of it for the summer and when it gets to be cold outside again we’ll bring it back to see if it used.

 

Programming for the Month of July for the CrossFit Classes will be following CrossFit.com on a 2 week delay.  The 2 week delay will allow us to program warmups and extras alongside the workouts that will be complimentary to the .Com workouts.  This will allow us to see workouts in the programming that you normally may not have seen and learn where Coach Megan and Myself learned to program from.  Both of us started our CrossFit careers following the .com workouts exclusively and we want to take it back to our roots to give you guys a taste of Old School CrossFit.
