Teammate #3: Burpee Pull Ups

Rotate in order after Teammate #1 completes the row. The team’s score is the repetitions of ball slams + burpee pull ups. (If you only have a Team of 2, both teammates should have a rotation of ball slams before performing a rotation of burpee pull ups.)
