Break Into 2 Teams (Relay Style):

3 Rounds:

50x Double Unders

10x Power Snatches (115/75#)

10x Bar Facing Burpees

10x Thrusters (115/75#)

50x Double Unders

One teammate starts the workout. When that teammate reaches the second set of 50xDouble Unders, the next person can start. Continue until the entire team completes 3 Rounds. Only one bar per team. If a teammate needs a modified weight on the bar, it is up to the team to change the weight on the bar for that teammate.
