3 Minute: 7x Strict Ring Dips*

4 Minute: 1x Hang Power Snatch Attempt (Building AHAP. Start at 80%)

 

Score: Total Weight Successfully Snatched.

*You can do weighted pull ups & dips, but stick with one weight per movement. Weighted reps should be unbroken.
