Today’s workout is to celebrate the life of one of the most amazing humans we were fortunate enough to call a friend, Becky Conzelman.  Becky was a beautiful example of how to love others and bring people together.  She had the unbelievable ability to make someone she just met feel like she was their best friend and had known each other for years.  She genuinely cared about everyone around her, and made a positive impact on every single person’s life she came in contact with.  If you were fortunate enough to have gotten to know her, I’m 100% sure you can think of at least one time she improved you day, helped you out with something, or simply just asked how you were in a way that made you want to open up to her about everything in your life.  She poured herself into so many lives, that it’s no wonder she has left so many people feeling a sense of emptiness with her passing.  However knowing Becky, she would also tell us to rejoice because she is with her heavenly father now, and what could be greater than that.   

We are doing the workout “Champion” today, because Becky lived her life as a Champion for Christ and spent her time here trying to bring as many people into Him as she could.  She was a Champion in so many ways to so many people but this is the one I know she would be most proud of, so we celebrate her with that in mind.
