3450lbs of Stone Shoulders (Pick your own Weight) (1 person at a time)

400m Yoke Carry (w/ Barbell) 100/80# (Switch whenever, 1 person Carrying)

400m Sled Push 90/50# added weight (Push however you want with as many teammates as you want)

400m KB Farmer Carry 70/55# (One person carry at a time, 2 KBs) DO NOT DROP THE KBs OUTSIDE!!!!
