2019 Triple Threat Workout #1

Teams of 3: 

9 Rounds: 

30FT Overhead Walking Lunge (RX: 70/55#KB) (Open: 55/35#)

3/2 Bar Muscle Ups (RX) or 7x Pull Ups (Open)

30FT Overhead Walking Lunge (RX: 70/55#KB) (Open: 55/35#)

6 Rounds: 

5x Burpee Box Jump Overs (RX: 30/24″) (Open: 24/20″)

10x TTB

5x Burpee Box Jump Overs (RX: 30/24″) (Open: 24/20″)

 

15 Minute Time Cap.

One person works at at time. Divide the reps as needed between teammates. Only 1 kettlebell & 1 box per team, unless mixed gender teams. 

Then, At 17 Minutes: 

Teammate #1: 300M Run

Teammate #2: 600M Run

Teammate #3: 800M Run

 

8 Minute Time Cap.

All Athletes start at the same time. Each run is scored separately.
