WOD:

“10,000 LBS.”

Lift 10,000# AFAP using only 1 repetition of the following:

1x Squat

1x Press

1x Deadlift

You can use any weight on the lifts through the entire WOD, and it can be done in any number of rounds. You can only do 1 rep at a time and must cycle through all 3 lifts to complete the round. You will only have 2 bars. Have a strategy ready. Do you want to go heavy weight with less rounds or light weight with more rounds?
