-Small Changes to the rest of the month’s Thruster Challenge

 

Small change in the challenge for the rest of the month. From today on no thrusters with a barbell with count towards the challenge.  Dumbbells, no lighter than 40#/25# per hand, or Kettlebells, no lighter than 20kg/12kg per hand, will be the only things that count towards the challenge.  With that being the rule now, enjoy today’s workout!
