Natalee Thornton CFL1, OTD OTR/L
Natalee Thornton, CFL1, OTD, OTR/L is a CFL1 Certified Coach and licensed occupational therapist who brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and coaching passion to the CrossFit floor. She’s dedicated to helping athletes move well, train smart, and build confidence both inside and outside the gym. With her background in movement and rehabilitation, Natalee emphasizes proper mechanics, injury prevention, and sustainable progress—creating a supportive environment where every athlete can thrive.
