Teams of 5-6:
5 Rounds:
135M Run
7x Sandbag GTO (80/60#)
135M Run
10x Burpees
135M Run
10x Box Jumps/Climbs (48/40″)
Relay Style: Once Teammate #1 completes the sandbag GTO, Teammate #2 can go. Teammate #2 can not pass Teammate #1. For example, if they reach the burpees at the same time, Teammate #2 must wait for Teammate #1 to finish burpees before they can begin his/her burpees. The cycle continues until 5 Rounds are compete.
Weightlifting:
Snatch 1RM- 3 misses and move on
Clean and Jerk 1RM- 3 misses and move on
Front Squat
