We provide daily programming or a “WOD” (Workout of the Day) to help improve every aspect of your fitness.  The variance of our programming will help prepare you for the unknown and unknowable of everyday life, and leave you happier and healthier for what you want to accomplish outside the gym.

Here at WatchTower we will get you moving with proper mechanics, consistently and then we’ll begin layering in the intensity. It’s important to us here to get you moving properly and coming in consistently before we start really driving the intensity piece.  This helps us insure the efficacy and efficiency of our program. Which means you get to your goals quickly and safely!

Like lifting heavy things? We do too!!

We utilize the Conjugate Method with a 5 day a week programming cycle to help get you big gains on your Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.

Our Coaches have a combined total of almost 30 years within the Powerlifting world, and our team of lifters consistently tests our methods at Powerlifting competitions around our area as well as on the national and international platforms.
