Weightlifting:

HBBS w/ 25-50# Chainz No Pause w/ Belt: 1RM

 

Snatch Pull + Snatch: 1RM

 

Clean + Front Squat + Jerk: 1RM

 

Clean Pulls: Start at 100% 3x3 working up
