1 Deadlift 20min EMOM OR till Failure

Start at 50% of your 1RM Deadlift add 20# up to our 75%, then start adding 10#

 

Weightlifting:

Warm Up w/ OH Squats-

Sotts Press Balance + OH Squat up to 60% 1RM Snatch

 

Front Squat- 3sec Pause w/o Belt 1RM, then 80% for 3 No Pause

 

Snatch- 2sec Pause above knee EMOM

Start @70% working up 8x1- Heavy No Misses

 

Jerk From Block- 3sec Pause in dip and catch

1RM, then 80% 2x2
