WOD:

20min EMOM
1 Snatch- Start at 60%

*work up to failure, then drop to 85% of heaviest lift to finish the EMOM

 

Weightlifting:

Snatch Balance

1RM w/ 3 sec Pause, then 75% x3 no pause

 

Front Squat- No Pause w/ Belt

3RM, then 80%xMEx2

 

Tall Snatch + 2 Hang Snatch 1RM, then 90%- 4x1

 

Cardio- CFWT WOD from 8/11/16

 

GHDs 3x8
