Banded Wall Walks (10Ft Down & Back)*

60s Ring Plank Hold

*Banded Wall Walk: Stand arms length away from wall with small band (doubled) around wrists. Alternate stepping the right and left hand until you complete 10 Feet. Then walk the hands on the wall the other way. Keep torso vertical.
