Teams of 2:

5-4-3-2-1x

Front Squats (185/135#)

Shoulder-to-Overhead (185/135#)

 

50-40-30-20-10x Double Unders

 

Teammate #1 completes 5xFront Squats & 5xSTO, while Teammate #2 completes 50xDouble Unders. When both are done with their task they switch. T#2 will then complete 5xFront Squats and 5xSTO, while T#1 completes 50xDouble Unders. Upon completion, T#1 is back on the barbell (4xFront Squats & 4xSTO) and T#2 completes 40xDouble Unders. This pattern continues until all reps are completed by both teammates.
