Tabata (rotate through movements) until reps are complete:
100x V-Ups (MOD: Sit Ups)
200x Mountain Climbers
100x Pistols (Alternating) (MOD: Air Squats)
200x Push Ups
When you complete one movement, continue to rotate through the other movements.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Post (in the comments section) TIME (if you complete all 600 reps) or post REPS COMPLETED if you hit the 20 Minute time cap.
