Today’s Workout is for Jacob Morris, a 17 Year Old CrossFit Games athlete, that recently passed away after heart surgery.  By all accounts he was an amazing young man.  Our Prayers are with his family and friends during this tough time.  Please perform this workout all out with Jacob in mind.
