Below is a little home workout to start the New Year right!
Warm Up:
4 Rounds:
15s Jumping Jacks
15s Air Squats
15s Mountain Climbs
15s Jump Squats
WOD:
“Russian Roulette Burpees”
15x EMOM:
- Take a piece of paper & write the numbers 1-15.
- Cut the numbers apart & put them in a cup.
- Draw one number at the top of each minute. That is the number of burpees you need to complete within the minute.
- Leave a comment. “Complete” if you did every last burpee. Or the total number of burpees you didn’t get done.
